Associated Library Routines & parts of, may not be used without permission.
It is important to note that OctaMED is a fully Copyrighted program and as
such it is sold for the personal use of the purchaser only.
Whilst we are pleased to see Amiga Music fans compositions being proudly
sent out as pd, it MUST be noted that if you use OctaMED within any
commercial Amiga software program, (ie, for profit), a commercial licence
must first be obtained for this purpose. This excludes Groups and other
professionals who intend using OctaMED for live performances and recordings
on record/tape etc., intended for sale to the public, the ONLY thing we
ask of these is that the use of OctaMED is given a mention on the sleeve.

YES, it's pitifull is'nt it?
All the big boys cry about piracy and how it's making them give up
programming for the Amiga, yet as we know only too well, there are MANY
authors using OctaMED and or it's routines to earn a daily crust who are
using them unlicenced. ( I think this sort of piracy stinks!!!! )
